Terms of Service
The agreement between you and AudioForge when you create an account.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You retain all rights to the stories you write. You grant AudioForge only the limited license needed to store your content, generate narration from it, and provide the features you use.
Voices and licenses
Voice usage is governed by each voice's permissions and, for marketplace voices, the creator's license. Attempting to extract, download, resell, or redistribute voice models is prohibited and grounds for termination.
Acceptable use
Use of AudioForge must comply with the Content Rules. Prohibited uses include unauthorized voice cloning, impersonation, fraud, harassment, and the other activities listed there.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. AudioForge may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with consent and audit records preserved where legally required.
