This Creator Agreement is a placeholder draft. The final production version will be completed and reviewed by qualified legal counsel before AudioForge launches publicly.
What the agreement will cover
- Verification — identity, voice ownership, and spoken authorization requirements
- Licensing — the permission tiers you may offer (platform-only, personal export, commercial export, external use) and restricted-use categories
- Pricing and earnings — how unlock prices, revenue shares, and payouts work
- Voice protection — AudioForge's obligations to prevent model download, extraction, and resale
- Withdrawal — how you can pause or remove your voice from the marketplace
- Refunds and disputes — how buyer issues are handled
- Termination — what happens to existing unlocks if the agreement ends
